A Total LaparoscopicHysterectomy(TLH) is the surgical removal of the uterus and cervix with the aid of laparoscope. We do not remove the ovaries unless the women has family history of ovarian cancer or any ovarian cyst, as the ovary has some benefits even after removing the uterus.
