Infertility is the inability of a person to conceive through natural means. To become pregnant, the complex processes of ovulation and fertilization need to work just right. For some people, infertility problems can be present from birth (congenital defects in the uterus) or something can go wrong during their lifetime that leads to infertility.
The reasons for infertility can involve one or both partners. In general:
